Having your page linked from other pages also greatly increases your page rank. Many times sites will trade links so that both pages will be ranked higher in the search engine. However, these links must be relevant to your site and can not be something that does not relate. Doing so will result you being pushed further down in rank, just the opposite of what you want.
Title Tag
Title tags are the title of a particular webpage. It is also what potential visitors will see when searching for you on a search engine. Make sure to use it to your benefit and include your keyword and catchy phrases that will make the customer want to click on your site.
Learning the techniques to get your site saw by potential customers is the very best way to increase traffic to your site. While it may be complicated and difficult to understand, building a website that will rank high is much easier than you think.
